About IMUNC
Our Story
​The International Model United Nations Conference (IMUNC) is a student-organised Model United Nations (MUN). It allows participants to engage in fruitful debate on key global issues, with over 300 delegates attending annually.
IMUNC strives to provide a nurturing environment for all delegates, regardless of experience level. IMUNC has some of the largest and most diverse beginner councils in the local MUN circuit, and provides pre-conference training for beginners to ensure that they are adequately equipped for the conference.
The Organisers
​The Young Diplomats Society is a student-led CCA in ACS (Independent), which strives to inculcate an interest in debate and current affairs amongst its members. YDS organises the annual IMUNC, and trains its members to participate in other Model United Nations conferences.
​
YDS also organises outreach projects to make MUN more accessible to various other schools, including Project ComMUNity and the Building Bridges, Building Beyond (B4) programme.
